Contact and enquiries

Arkeo’s contact form prepares a message in your email app. It does not submit the message to a server automatically. If you send the email, the name, email, company, services, budget and project details you enter are included. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Technical logs

The server records technical access logs to maintain security and diagnose problems. These may include IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and response status. Rotated logs are configured for a retention window of 14 days, with at most five retained files.

Cookies and third-party requests

This site uses no analytics, advertising pixels or cookies. Fonts and visual assets are hosted on the same domain. Links to email open your chosen email application.

Security and requests

The website uses HTTPS and an isolated static web service. For questions about your correspondence or to request correction or deletion, contact hello@arkeo.ir.
